I have a drop down box on a format which shows values against my "pmstatus".

I have added a new status to the pmstatus file called "Resolved" but I now want to see the falue in the drop down box.

What do I do next?

I know what I know...don't presume that I know what I don't! Smithism!!!

I'm assuming that your drop down box is probably using $G.pm.status. If this is the case, those lists rebuild once a day. To force it rebuild, go to Utilities-Tools-Global Lists. Search on pmstatus in the Filename field (about halfway down the screen). Go into the correct list (whichever contains the $G variable you need). Expire the list by setting the Expiration date into the past (I usually just drop the day back 1 day). Wait up to a minute for lister to wake up and rebuild the list, then log out and log back in to get the new list (all global lists are loaded into the client's memory at login).

Or, if enough time has passed that it expired on its own, you may not need to do anything.
