Hi,

Is it possible to do a vlookup with 2 lookup values? I have a list like such;

abc 1 orange
abc 2 Apple
abc 3 Grape
cde 1 Pear
cde 2 Banana

I need to look up the first value "ABC" then the second "2" and pull back apple. is this possible?

Thank You,

JS

You have two choices:

1. Insert another column that concatenates the values from the two columns and use VLOOKUP with that column.

2. Use a database function like DGET.

Which way you go depends on which is appropriate for your specific application.
