VisualVoice - Multiple Mailboxes

Hi,

We have a new IP 500 system and during the testing a second VM box was added to my user account - for the life of me I cannot remember where the setting is to remove it.

I have check VM Pro, IP Manager, Delta Server, but I simply cannot find it - any hints?

I have my VM box, and then a second which is a group mailbox, which is for a group, which in turn a number of ppl can access.

When I press the VisualVoice button I get the following options:

Listen
Admin(0)
Message

Its the Admin(0) I wish to remove.

go into user> source numbers and delete the entry

Thats the odd think, in Source Numbers I only have the reference for my telephone number....nothing more.
 
try deleting the key, send the config in then put the key back.

Have you removed that user from the group.

Morning,

I've checked, and double checked. I am not in the Admin group.

Also restarting made no difference :(

Delete the user, send back, reboot and make the user again
Als try to delete the mailbox and reboot the vmserver

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office

Can you help I am trying to get my 1600 phones (latest FW 1.03) on IP500 R4.2.4 working it says on the INCOMPATABLE. Any Ideas?????
