Visual Voicemail Not working 1

Greetings,

I have only one user that I am aware of, that the visual voicemail is not working on. We press the envelope, choose listen, choose new and get nothing. It shows 7 new message. This person was on a different extension before, until they took this new position. So we switched them to the new extension. When pressing new, it does not respond to new old or saved. Her voicemail works by pressing *17. Has anyone seen this and know how to fix?
 
What Version of IP Office and is this VM Ppro or embedded? More information needed

 
stop & restart the VM Pro service usualy resolve this type of problem


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
Delete Account in vm system. Stop and Start VM services create user at new extension.

 
Had to delete the VM box, and it worked after all other items provided did not work. Thank you guys
