Visual Voice on 4.2.14

How do I enable Visual Voicemail on the "Messages" button for our 5410 and 5420 phones? We're on an IPO 500 with 4.2.14 software.

Yes, that is very true.
Is it ever nice that it isn't resolved quickly?

We upgraded from 4.1.9 to 4.2.14 and our users are quite pleased with the results. The Visual Voicemail being accessed by the Messages button is quite nice.

Has anyone ever initialized a voicemail account through visual voicemail? Or should we dial *17 and go through the standard prompts to set up users mailboxes?

tlpeter, you need to take the ] from behind the first imgand add a space leaving

for that to work

There where some problems with accessing vm for the first time with the vv button
You could try and see if it works well, it probably does
