Visual Voice Not Working

IPO 406V2 v5.0.15 VM Pro 5.0.23

When a user tries to use Visual Voice and hits the {Lisen} button, the sceen goes blank for about 5 seconds then pops up the normal menu on all phones both DS and IP.

This did not happen before today.

Today we just did a line config change which required a reboot. After the reboot is when the issue began.

The users think that voice mail is not working because they are used to that menu popping up right away.

Tried rebotting the IPO and restarting the VMPro service but neither has helped.

I will be rebooting the whole server tonight, maybe that will get it.

Anbody else seen this behavior?
 
try rebooting the VMPro server.
