visual studio 2002 and .net framework 1.1

can i use visual studio 2002 with .net framework 1.1 ?

To my knowledge, VS2002 only uses the 1.0 framework even if you have 1.1 installed. if you have a legit copy, why not purchase the upgrade? It's less than $30 IIRC.

You can't use vs.net 2002 with the v1.1 framework -- you'll have to upgrade.

Or switch to another development environment like #develop
