Visual FoxPro 3.0 and Windows 2000 1

We are migrating our Visual FoxPro 3.0 applications from Local PC's using Windows 95 on a Novel network to Local PC's using Windows 2000 on an Ethernet network. Are there any compatibility issues we should be aware of? All transaction processing is done on the local PC's. All transaction data is then uploaded to the network server at the end of the day. The uploaded data is then processed by another application.
