I don't think you can download it. :-(
why don't you go to the following site:
and then you can run the install and use morpheus to do a search over the net for anything related to Visual C++.
failing that, you could always try and get a copy of a C++ book that includes it in a free CD at the back or something like that (try deitel and deitel, c++ how to program....)
