visual basic 5 where can I get it

after a long time away from computer (so long ago that qbasic was what I learned on) I have decided to try my hand at it again but I cant afford the vb6, so I am trying to buy a copy of vb5 but cant seem to track it down any ideas?

I don't know if you can still buy it from Microsoft but you could pick up a VB6 Learning edition at a local college I would bet. Runs about $100.00 and your local community college would decide if you have to be taking a class to use their bookstore or not.

You could also try Ebay...Old software runs fairly cheap but then again the person may not send it to..Good luck with finding a copy.
