A visio shape can have more than one hyperlink. Hyperlinks in Visio are accessed through a right-click menu. you can add hyperlinks to a shape by choosing Insert > Hyperlinks. When you export to HTML, only the first link created is exported. So, if you have multiple hyperlinks on a shape, only the first one that you added will get exported. The rest will be discarded.
