Visio 2003 Hyper links not working

Hi All,

On three of our Windows XP SP2 computers with Vision 2003 SP3, HTML hyper links have quit working. Page not found error. this happens with any Viso document with hyper links. Is there any know issues with any recent windows updates? Thanks in advance.
