Virtualization?

Has anyone attempted to install vmpro in a virtual environment? In theory it seems simple how-ever having not done it before...

If so any tips what's the best way to roll-out the apps.

I have a customer who is doing it on 3 sites and has not had issues. the onlything that was an issue was the USb key. we are moving to serial keys.

that's the nice thing about the 500 it's embedded in the processor.

It works well but is not supported by Avaya. This was mentioned to Avaya at the last Tech Master event.

Hopefully Avaya begins supporting this setup as I'm seeing more and more customers that just drool over the idea of being able to virtualize everything including their VMPro/CCC/Delta Servers or whatever else they happen to be using. We've got it setup for a few of our customers without a hitch, but good luck going to your vendor and/or Avaya for Tier 2 and up support without getting the runaround of "don't run it on a virtual machine.
