Hi I have a bad problem with my Small Biz Server 2003 Exchange when I look at the queues the Default SMTP Virtual Server says state not available?

This is the additional queue information
Exchange System Manager failed to retrieve queues for the SMTP Virtual Server (error code = 0x800706D9). Check the event log and verify that the required services are running.
All the services are running and event view is clean
