Virtual Office logged in phone display

Hello,

We have a number of 1120 handsets, when a user is logged into the 1120 the display line flashes between the date on the left handside and the User:<extn> logon info on the right handside.

Does anyone know if there any way to suppress the User:<extn> being displayed?

This is the same as the 1140 handsets showing the logged in user - any ideas would be appreciated?
