Viewing Web Reports with Crystal 8.5

Currently using Crystal version 8, and have a web app that shows crystal reports on the web.. Testing out Crystal version 8.5.. It seems that you MUST have the Crystal Enterprise manager loaded and you have to publish and manage the reports through this...Am I correct...the web components that come with version 8, only come with Crystal Enterprise???

If you have version 8 running as web,
you can create reports in 8.5 & put them
in your current folders [v8] and call
them as you have been.
