We have a clustered environment and when on the report object - Viewing Server Group - 'Only use servers belonging to the selected group' option is greyed out????

Regardless of whether you're clustered or not, in order to be able to use server groups you need to actually configure specific server groups in the Servers section of the CMC. If there are no server groups configured, you won't be able to use any of the options for selecting server groups.
