Viewing an Excel page header 1

Using Excel 2002 on Win 2000
Can you set up your page header so it can be viewed at the top of the page no matter what row or page you are working in? I thought I was able to do this in an older version.
I don't remember the command.

You can use freeze pains to view the header no matter where on sheet.
But if you want to print a header row you need View/Header and footer/sheet/rows to repeat at top
