I have a large number of reports created in landscape but when I try and view them in either the Crystal Reports Viewer or 3rd party viewer they change to portrait.
I had the same issue with my company's proprietary software. The issue was in the viewer where it was setting the Crystal viewer and then setting the printer settings.. ie- landscape or portrait, pulling the PC default setting instead of the reports.
The fix required a code change in that the printer settings were set before calling the CRviewer.
I managed to nail it down in the end, the printer had a mind of its own and instead of staying at A4 Landscape it decided that Letter Portrait was what it wanted. But I've beaten it in to submission.
