Video ACD Solution

Does any one have an idea if Avaya has a established Video ACD solution.

We need to setup Video Conf end points(running on IP thru MPLS) across various sites and a pool of Video agents at a central site ( Could be IP / ISDN ) .

Any ideas ? Any other vendors?

i'm not totally sure but i think it is possible with cm3.0 and higher, using ip softphone with video integration. route voice calls as usual and use ip softphone for call control and video integration.

Have a look at polycom and there vsx solutions which have integration into CM 3.0

Avaya has tied up with Polycom and they provide the ip softphone soln which is integrated with Polycom video soln.
On the ip softphone Video version, there is an icon which can initiate the Video call.
It is available on CM 3.1 onwards on all server models.
