Does anyone know if a VG310 or 320 should automatically ship with a PVDM module? I'm curious. I have 2 new ones, no PVDM module and I can't configure the FXS ports :(

No they don't. You will need to order them according to your needs. Since these are modular, coming stacked with PVDMs would be a very expensive solution for those who wouldn't need full capacity. It also depends on what modules you will be running, that would determine the number of PVDMs needed.

The 320 has a 48 port FXS and 310 has 24 FXS ports. That's all.

yeah never mind. Don't know what I was thinking.
Theres LED indicators in the front that show you if PVDMs are installed, active, faulty etc. What state is it currently?

Looking at this closer, the back panel has a slot for an EHWIC card which can be A VWIC. Therefore the PVDMs are configurable and interchangable.
Unless you ordered them they will be blank. make sure you get PVDM3, this is the only one that will work with it.
