Sorry, you must've ment "above" note adobe. But still the answer is no. I don't know. I've installed it on Win98 an it worked smoothly. You might reinstall it.
Or just change it with the one from your VFP cdrom situated in "(cd letter)\program files\common files\microsoft shared\vfp".
If this doesn't solve your problem then you might have a problem that I certainly don't have a answer.

It is actually a missing .dll not the one that is reported!
for a list of required dlls.
