Very new to VFP - Any tips?

Many thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to respond.

I have been given some basic tuition in VFP 7 about 8 months ago. I havn't needed to use VFP since - until now.

I have just started a new job where VFP is the core language used for in-house software and that I will be developing applications further down the line. Can anybody please suggest some guides, courses, books or tutorials that I can use to get me at least a better understanding.

My experience lies with college level Turbo Pascal, Flash/Actionscripting, HTML and absolute basics Visual Basic.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.
