vertical Scroll bar on continuous forms

on my continuous forms If I have more then two the first goes off the page and displays the third. But the scroll bar is so Large it looks like there is no scrolling and a record disapeered(it almose reachs the top and bottom of the bar) is there a way to set the size the bar on the scroll bar to be smaller? and look like it can scroll
