version of .net framework used by vs.net

i have vs.net 2003 installed on my pc..how can i find out which version of .net i am running on my pc?

at the c prompt
aspnet_regiis -lv

-lv - List all versions of ASP.NET that are installed on the machine, with status and installation path.

Or you could just open up your vs.net 2003 click /Help/About

It will show you the version of Visual Stusio first and then the .Net Framework version vs is using!
