Am interested in any and all accounts of organizing systems for complex quark documents.
We have dozens of versions of source files being referenced by dozens of versions of Quark docs. One infinitesimal change in one graphic for one Quark file can affect a dozen other quark files, and without documentation, the variation is lost.
We have inherited the work from another company, and are attempting to recover from a horrible organizational nightmare.
Obviously proper folder structure, filenaming and a separate database of some sort are fundamentals. And transporting old files to the new structure is step 2.
Any ideas for software or procedures?
