We have one customer system runing. There's a lot of issues. Many of them are already known bugs, so thats OK.
There are still lots of work for Avaya before GA, but it doesn't look impossible.
But couldn't they have looked at some older issues, and fixed those instead?? For example:
Queued calls newer reurning to transferrer?!?
That you can queue a call against a user on DND?!?
If you hold a call against a busy user, then you get on a call yourself, the other end get's available. Result: The held call get's transferred to your own mailbox!! Bravo Avaya!
