Version 1 cabinet sw upgrade

Hi all,

Can I upgrade a version 1 cabinet to 8.1 software? Or do I have to upgrade the cabinet to a version 2 first.

Ok, great. Thanks! But now what do I do with the Delta Server? They have Call Center. How do I migrate Delta Server to CCR??

You can't migrate it.
But i would not invest in CCR to be honest.
How many agents do you have?

I think you really need to do some more product reading before you head into this.

Delta Server died about 4 releases ago (3 years??) along with CCC. CCR is a whole other beast and a totally separate product.
