If you get this error in veritas netbackup 4.5 what should we do? "unable to login error 505"

What are you trying to login to?

Try the 2 steps suggested when you run the following command

From admincmd directory,

bperror -S 505 -r

505 is relating to Java - Are you using Windows java interface or Unix? What specifically are you attempting to do?
