Veritas 9.1 with exabyte VXA-2 PacketLoader--server crash

I am running Windows 2003. Installed Veritas drivers for the library. Crashed server. Added hotfix 9 and 11--still crashed. Tried Exabyte drivers--crashed harder. I can inventory the slots and recognize the media, but when I try to import or export the blue screen happens. Any thoughts on this? thanks.
