Ver 6....cropped PDF image when printing

when creating a pdf file from quarkxpress 6, the image is somehow being cropped, producing a print with missing artwork.

I have tried adjusting loads of settings in distiller, and also installed a different printer thinking this was the cause.

any ideas how I can adjust this.

Check the printer driver and paper size in the print dialogue box.
If you are producing a PDF with crop marks on it then you need to add 25mm to the paper size above and beyond your page size to accomodate them.

If this doesn't help, can you provide more info on the process you are going through and describe the results a little more.
