Is there a way, short of signing up for the class, that I can learn vectoring and acd's? I really feel that I could be making tons of more money if I had this knowledge but I hear that your company has to send you to the classes and you are not allowed to just sign up for them. Help!!!

You could start by reading the manuals, "Guide to ACD Call Centers" as well as the "Call Vectoring and EAS (Expert Agent Selection)" guide.
I thought that anyone could go to a class by just signing up at the learning.avaya.com website, but it does cost money.

Hard to learn from a book unless you have a working switch with EAS enabled on it to play around with. Where do you live?
