How can I make a vector route to multiple numbers off the switch?

For instance, a number is routed to a cell phone...
..It goes to voicemail or rings a couple times...
How do I make it then dial another number? For instance another cell phone?

thanks,

Not sure you can.....once the call has been routed off the switch, it see's it's job as done.
Unlikly if it routes any call off switch, which is unanswered that it will pull it back either, unless it's another PBX linked to yours via Distributed Communication System (DCS).

lever.

Anyway to let it ring a few times then pull back? I understand the seperation between the switch and other networks. It's a pickle to me for sure.

Do you have
Cvg Of Calls Redirected Off-net? y
in sys cust ?
Otherwise there is no chance I am afraid.

You could use a route-to step in the vectpr to send it to an extension that you set up with a coverage path that goes to remote coverage points. This would take the call out of the vector though. If you want the call to get back into a vector, you would need to set up a vdn that goes to another vector and add that vdn as the last point in the coverage path. Not ideal, but it will work. I have used this in the past to have calls roll to different cell phones. Hope this helps.
