Just implemented a new survey application a few weeks ago and we are using Return on Destination on the VDN to allow callers to automatically get transferred to the survey application following the call with the agent. We also have RONA on the hunt group form for calls that go unanswered. The problem: We had 4 survey respondants leave messages on the survey that they never spoke to an agent and were transferred directly to the survey. I can't figure out how this could have happened? Is it possible that Return on Destination supercedes RONA and calls that typically would be re-queued are getting sent to the Retrun on Destination VDN? Anybody have any ideas what would cause these callers to flow directly to the survey?
