I have a vector that plays an announcement giving the caller 2 options. The vector collects the digits and directs the call accordingly. Everything is working fine except, there is a 10 seconds delay before the call is transferred to either options. There are no wait-time statements in the vector.

it may be if your vector tries to collect more digits than caller wants to enter. for example, if your vector tries to collect 10 digits, caller may either enter the full 10-digit string or enter, say, 5 digits and a pound sign as an end-of-digits sign, otherwise system will wait for the rest of the digits for a time specified in 'prompting timeout' field.
