Hi There,

Wonder if you can help. I had a request to put a time of day in a vector because the call centre was out at a meeting. On the vdn page itself where it says first skill it has 57 written in it, which is fine. But when I put the time of day in the vector to route calls elsewhere it decided to ignore that and route it to skill 57 anyway. Would VDN overide help this?

Vector
1 wait-time hearing ringback
2 goto vector 98 if staffed agents in skill 98 >0
3 goto step 14 if time of day is all 17:15 to all 08:45
4 goto step 14 if time of day ia friday 17:15to Mon 08:45
5 goto step 17 if time of day is wed 12:00 to wed 15:00
6 queue to skill 1st m
7 queue to skill 2nd m
8 queue to skill 3rd m

17 route to number xxxx with cov n if unconditionally
18 stop

That should work if the time of day was weds at noon to 3.

Do a list trace on that vector and see what it does.
