VDN in CDR records

Hi.

I want create biling report for incoming calls to VDN ,but in to the CDR data I don`t see any records for VDN ,how i can create report like this.

You need to get a CDR package such as Emerald XP. Its here that you would set the cost parameters, and the app combines the CDR data from the switch with the cost stuff you program in and then you get a complete report John

The switch might not be sending the data out depending on this parameter on sys cdr page:
