VBscript to setup outlook profile

I'm looking for a VBScript to that will set up a user's outlook profile when the user logs onto a PC. Any ideas?

Use the Office Resource Kit (ORK) and use the custom installation wizard. faq96-4996

I'm going to bump this back up a little. What if the app is already installed, and you're just configuring a new user? I get this alot. In an enterprise, I'd use a third party solution, but most clients are pretty small (under 70 for sure, and most are under 30 seats). I have used mapigen, but that doesn't enable the cached mode setting.
