Hi,

1-
does anyone know if it is possible to run a (VB)script from the internet (with an address like when a user logs on to my computer?

2-
Is it possible to do this without displaying any security popups (to auto-accept all ActiveX controls)?

3-
Is it possible for these to run without numerous popups from antivirus programs?

any help is greatly appreciated,
Russell Hunt (Bamber123123)

Wow, it almost sounds like you are up to no good.

This is not "up to no good" - although it could be used in that way i suppose

my aunt is a complete no-nothing about computers. I need to be able to administrate her system (with her complete permission by the way) from any pc connected to the internet

Anyone else got any solutions/ideas - even if it means installing a local script which runs at logon, then somehow connects to the internet to download new content

any/all replies appreciated

If she has XP or 2k maybe you can use remote desktop (terminal services.)

Another option is PCAnywhere or VNC ... and VNC is free.
