VBScript equiv of eregi

Is there an equivalent of the PHP function "eregi" in VBScript? Or if not, is there an easy way to do this that doesn't grow exponentially huge when looking for lots of strings? The use is a dirtyword / phrase detector.

If anyone knows of an activeX server side component filter that would be fine too, need blacklists, whitelists and outputs indicating what was found etc... needs to interface with MSSQL 2000.

To do a case insensitive regular expression match (=PHP eregi), use the Regexp object and set the .IgnoreCase property to True.
