VB6 deployment w/ data environment 1

If I deploy an app that has a data environment on it, does it have to be a server? My intent is to deploy it to a cd rom.

How exactly are you planning to deploy it to a CD-ROM??

Do you mean you wish to use the CD-ROM as a file share?
