VB Printing Problem or a Computer Problem?

I have what I think is a rather strange event happening - I think it may be related to the computer itself, but I would like any suggestions you might have.

I have a VB 6.0 program that prints out quotes / packing sheets based on data entered and stored in an Access D/B. The program prints from every computer it is used on execpt one. The one computer does print from other software (Word, Excel, etc...) But the system is really old it's a PII 266 w/32megs of ram (72pin).

It was suggested to me to try reloading the O/S just in case a file in it is damages and my program is access that file...

So do any of you have any suggestions (other than trashing the computer and get a new one)

What is the error?

The error is the computer does not print - NO on screen error is ever reported - and it does place the data in the database table used for printing it just never sends the print job to the printer.. the printing is all within VB NO Crystal Reports is used.
