Hi out there!
I wonder if you can help. I have an application that uses crystal reports quite extensively. Everything seems to work well. But I am trying a new thing (for me anyway). I want to suppress records (groups and details) where the summary for the main group is less than a USER DEFINED (FROM THE VB APP. SIDE) NUMBER.
example: The report brings up and groups each person in the DB table (MS ACCESS). I have a summary that counts how many records per group there are. Now, I want to only see the records where the summary(count) exceeds say 3 or 4 times (this amount set at runtime in VB before running the report).
Is this possible, since I cannot set a count in the record or group selection formula (it complains as this needs to be evaluated later)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
regards
Mike
