vb + asp.net: opening a new window

i have a little problem

i'm working in vb.net and asp.net

now, when i push a button a new window have to appears
is here someone who can help, someone who can tell me how i have to do it?

I am facing the same problem. even when I press enter on textbox field (web control) a new instance of window is opened. if any idea please help.
