Hi, I have a form that has 2 listboxes on it when I click on something in the first list box it moves it to the second listboxes.

Can anyone tell me a easy way to print a report of all the value in the second list boxes.

Thank you,

Irene

if you make a report that is unbound, you can make text boxes with values set to equal your boxes

like =Forms!yourFormName!YourListBox

You will need to make as many as your form has. There are some methods for automating in VBA, but I don't clearly understand them, so hope the above helps.

Chaz Thank you, I see how that works but I have in my second list boxe more the one item and doing this it just picks up the one the curse is on. Do you know of a way to pick up all items in the list boxes. Irene

I don't recall the exact syntax, but you can get the second column by referencing it as =forms!yourform!yourbox.column(1), column(2) and so on.
