This may be an easy one, but has me baffled…
I work in the DW team for a bank and we are currently designing various reports over several universes. We have a number of different environments each holding the same universe structures, but with different data - relating to phases of testing.
My problem is that on one report, a certain field is displayed as zero even though values are in the universe and can also be seen when I click on view data. The rest of the report is fine.
I have checked the obvious - cell formatting, creating a completely new report, etc. I have also tried filtering for non-zero values and get the correct subset, only the field is still displayed as 'zero'.
When I re point the data providers to a copy of the universe in a different environment, the values appear as they should; however I don't see how it can be a universe problem as the values appear in 'view data' and can be exported as a txt file.
If anyone has any ideas, pls let me know!
