Can anyone tell me if Valley National Distributors is still around? I bought some software upgrades from them and need to get in touch. If they still exist, can someone post a current phone number?

I got a "-2" upgrade kit from them for my KX-TA1232 a while back and it came with no documentation except installation instructions. Do you know where I might find detailed documentation about what "-2" introduces and, more importantly, how to use it?

so you never answered do all your phones have
comman caller id selection and indication buttons?

Yes. All the phones have these buttons (as well as personal log buttons) defined. The common log only lists unanswered calls, however, though -2 was supposed to make it log answered calls as well. Any ideas?

I deal with the same issue here in the office and I run tapi
off the K-TD switch and capture all calls there and forget about logs on the phones
