Valcom VIP-201 SIP simultaneous paging w/ phones?

Hello, has anyone had any experience with the valcom VIP-201 SIP Paging unit? I have one installed, but cannot get it to page my ip phones & the VIP-201.
The VIP-201 is connected via a SIP extension (801). I can do a normal dial to 801, allowing me to talk/page through the PA system, but cannot add the SIP extension to the hunt group with all the IP phones and do a dial page. This will only page the IP phones, and not the sip extension. After reading some earlier posts, I see that only Digital/IP/& analog extensions set to paging speaker will respond to dial paging.

Is there any way around this, so that I can page both the SIP extension and the phones with a single button?

Also, just fyi the Valcom VIP-201 seems to require the connect/disconnect signal to turn on & off the paging. Which is why I have to dial the SIP extension, rather then dial paging it...

You cannot add the SIP device in a paging group, only direct calling will trigger it.

That's what I'm noticing... any other ways around paging both the phones & the SIP device with a single button??
