VAL manager software

I am trying to find VAL manager software. Avaya's website sucks. (an old Avaya guy here)
It is not on the cd the installer told me it was on. Anybody give me a clue?

Loaded mine off of a CD labeled Integrated Management 3.0 Administration Tools 3.0.16. Part No. 700361066

I have a cd that is Integrated Management 3.1 doc/part number is 700385784. When I explore this doc, nothing shows up, it is all bundled. And when I try to install the bundle it says I need some HP reader program, or something like that, to be loaded on my pc first.

Integrated Management 2.0 Administration also has the val manager..

Avaya has different CD Varaions for the new Integrated Management 3.0.16. Your best bet is to contact your Avaya Sales Manager and get one sent to you.
