If you divert a phone on busy and no answer to a mobile it works except if you put do not disturb on.
You just get engaged.

Anyone found a workaround?

Sounds to me like DND is doing exactly what it says on the tin, why would you want your mobile to ring if you do not want to be disturbed?

Solution, if you want calls to go to your mobile & not your desk use Forward Unconditional

I can see your point, and will have to get out this habit.

Are you an old INDeX user? (that system folows divert all when on no calls)

Yes.
All other systems i work on follow call forward busy if DND is on
Siemens/Toshiba/Mitel/panasonic

Thought so, The IPO is very explicit with its definittions
